Installing OROCOS and compiling components in Ubuntu 16.04
When installing Orocos via the bootstrap script, the installation fails because gccxml cannot be found. The reason for this is a list of dependencies that specifies the library name for different Linux distributions and versions. While gccxml is called the same in 16.04 as it was in 14.04, it just isn't listed.
The fix is thus to add 16.04 to the list of supported Ubuntu versions in ./remotes/github_orocos_toolchain_autoproj_git/orocos.osdeps:104:
'12.04,14.04,14.10,15.04,15.10,16.04': gccxml
I also had to (re)install g++-4.9 since this version seems to be hard-coded into the installer. @Maximilian.ernestus
